Hi, I'm Erik Gressett.

I am currently a student-athlete at the University of Vermont (UVM) in Burlington, VT, majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration. I also compete on the Varsity Men’s Lacrosse team. I look forward to my graduation in May, 2026.

I am passionate about pursuing a career in healthcare, specifically within the medical device industry. This past summer, I worked as a Product Management Intern for the imaging and resection team at Arthrex, Inc. in Santa Barbara, CA. Through this role, I learned how my interests in human performance, healthcare, and business naturally converge in the medical device industry, turning complex clinical challenges into products that help improve patient outcomes.

Additionally, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I have previously worked at both Orangetheory Fitness and F45 Training as a Group Fitness Instructor. I also worked as an Athletic Performance Intern with the Varsity Men's Ice Hockey team at UVM. I am currently working on building my personal training business, Wall Street Workouts, aimed at helping finance professionals invest in their time and health.

Originally from Southern California, I grew up in Palos Verdes, CA and attended Palos Verdes High School.

Outside of work, I love reading 📖, skiing 🎿, fishing 🎣, and training 🏋.
